Melody Jame is an eleven-year-old girl who is part of a big family.  She loves to roller skate, plays soccer, and enjoys ballet lessons.  She sometimes gets frustrated with her brothers.  She explains, “I have these four older brothers... YUCK! They tease me, they tickle me, and so you know what they’re doing now?  They’re calling me Melvin! And I’m a girl! Double Yuck! Deep down, though Melody loves all of her brothers especially her big brother Shaun.
